www.dhhtexastransition.org provides a broad list of resources for technology, secondary/postsecondary education, employment and legal issues pertaining to deaf and hard of hearing students.

www.collegescholarships.org/scholarships/deaf.htm contains a good descriptive listing of scholarships specifically for deaf and hard of hearing college/university students
